What is the average burn time for ScentSmoke candles?
Our standard 10oz candles provide approximately 50-60 hours of clean burn time, while our luxury wood-wick collection lasts up to 80 hours.
Are your home fragrances safe for pets and children?
Yes, we use 100% natural soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. However, we always recommend keeping burning candles and diffusers out of reach of pets and small children.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, ScentSmoke ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to Europe and Australia in the near future.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the jar during the first burn. This usually takes about 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for the wax.
